The Farm to School Grant Program is accepting applications from child care centers, pre-kindergarten programs, school districts, charter schools, and private schools in Pennsylvania. Grants of up to $15,000 are available.

The funding will be issued beginning April 20, 2021 and will be divided to support child care providers through multiple channels.

CCW reimbursements will be increased to the 40th percentile of the market rate for child care in the provider’s region, up from approximately the 25th percentile where most of Pennsylvania’s child care providers currently sit.

The Office of Child Development and Early Learning (OCDEL) has provided operation guidance to non-licensed school-age child care programs and learning pods during the 2020-2021 school year.
