A back-to-school event will be held on Friday, August 14 at the Sto-Rox Football Field in McKees Rocks.

The event will run from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and will include performances by the Little Viking Cheerleaders and Farther Ryans Arts Center Dancing Soldiers.

The event will include community kick ball, a potato bag race, a Bounce house, face painting, hair cuts, nails, free book bags, produce, hotdogs and hamburgers, games, prizes, and entertainment.

Free book bags will be available.

The football field is located at 1105 Valley Street in McKees Rocks.
