Families Encouraged to Complete Family Specialist Survey

In order to meet the needs of families in Allegheny County, ELRC Region 5 encourages families to complete a short survey regarding their experiences with their family specialist.

ELRC Region 5 provides a single point of contact for families to access information and services for high quality child care. The ELRC works to administer the Child Care Works (CCW) Subsidized Child Care Program, through the direct help of family specialists.

To best meet the needs of the families and improve the quality of support and resources, the family specialist team asks the families they serve to provide feedback by taking a brief survey. Individual responses will not be shared with the family specialists.

Respondents will be given the option to provide their name and email for entry into a raffle for one of ten $50 gift cards upon completion.
