ELRC Region 5 offers Communities of Practice (COP) for early learning professionals to discuss topics of interest, current trends in the field, and offer insight and inspiration to one another. In April, the COP virtual sessions will provide an overview of the child assessment options approved by OCDEL for Early Childhood settings. Attendees will have the opportunity to share their experiences with using child assessments, view new options, and evaluate educator processes on how child observation, individualized instruction and child assessment all work together.
